Email Before Check-in Date (Pre Arrival Email)
สำหรับการส่ง Email ก่อนวันลูกค้าเข้า Check-in แบบที่ 1
ตัวอย่างการแสดงผลบนหน้าจอ Desktop และ Mobile โดยการส่งอีเมล จะเป็นการส่งแบบ Auto จากระบบ Travelanium การตั้งค่าสามารถกำหนดได้ว่า ลูกค้าจะได้รับอีเมลฉบับนี้กี่วันล่วงหน้า ก่อนถึงวันที่ Check-in
1. Log-in เข้าสู่ระบบ Travelanium
สามารถ คลิกที่นี่ เพื่อเข้าสู่ระบบหลังบ้านของ Travelanium หากยังไม่เปิดใช้บริการ สามารถ ติดต่อฝ่าย Sales (อ๊อฟ) เพื่อเปิดใช้งานระบบ Hotel Booking Engine
2. เลือกเมนู CRM Email จากตัวเลือกซ้ายมือในระบบ
หากไม่พบเมนูนี้ในระบบ สามารถ ติดต่อฝ่าย Sales (อ๊อฟ) เพื่อขอทราบเงื่อนไข ในเปิดใช้งานระบบ CRM Email ในขั้นตอนต่อไป
3. เลือกประเภท Email เป็นแบบ Email Before Check-in Date
จากนั้นคลิกที่ Add Pre-arrival email เพื่อสร้างรายการใหม่
3. ตั้งค่าการแสดงผลโดยรวมของ Pre Arrival Email
- ตั้งชื่อ Email
- เลือก Template ที่มีจากระแบบ เลือกแบบที่ 1
- เลือกจำนวนวันล่วงหน้า ที่ระบบจะส่ง Email หาลูกค้า
- เลือกช่วงของการแสดงผล เร่ิมตั้งแต่วันนี้ จนกว่าจะมีการทำรายการปิดอีกครั้ง
- เลือกเรียงลำดับความสำคัญของ Email
- เลือก Active จากนั้นกด Save and continue to edit email template date เพื่อเข้าสู่หน้าต่าง การจัดการ การใส่ข้อมูลต่อไป
4. เพิ่มข้อมูลการแสดงผล
4.1) Email Subject : เพิ่มชื่อ Header ของ Email โดยชื่อนี้จะปรากฏให้ผู้รับได้เห็นเมื่อได้รับ Email โดยสามารถเพิ่มการใส่ค่า ของ ชื่อโรงแรมด้วยการพิมพ์ลงไปเอง หรือ จะใช้เป็น Variables ของระบบที่มีให้ โดยการใส่ตามตัวอย่างดังตัวอย่างนี้ (หรือสามารถกดที่ปุ่ม Template Variables ตามรูปด้านล่างได้เลย)

4.2) Header : เพิ่มรูปภาพส่วนโลโก้ของโรงแรม โดนส่วนนี้จะอยู่ด้านบนสุดของจดหมาย ขนาดแนะนำจะเขียนไว้อยู่ที่ กว้างไม่เกิน 720px หรือจะทำขนาดรูปภาพมาเป็นเท่านี้เลยก็ได้
จากตัวอย่างด้านบน จะเห็นได้ว่าสามารถกำหนดราคาขาย หรือราคาอัพเกรดจากห้องที่ลูกค้าเลือกไว้อยู่แล้ว ไปยังห้องอื่นๆได้ กำหนดได้ว่าต้องเพิ่มค่าบริการอีกจำนวนเท่าไหร่ โดยข้อดีอีกจุดของระบบจะไม่แสดงห้อง หรือ Room type ที่ต่ำกว่าประเภทที่ลูกค้าจองมา
นำเสนออาหารเช้า และอาหารเย็น ในราคาพิเศษ
หากลูกค้าจองเข้ามาเป็นแบบ Room Only
นำเสนอบริการอื่นๆในราคาพิเศษ
เชื่อมต่อปุ่มติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ หรือเข้าสู่หน้ารายละเอียดบริการ

เลือกการแสดงผล กิจกรรมตามช่วงเวลา
สามารถกำหนดให้แสดงผลในช่วงเทศกาลที่ต้องการได้
